Van Provincial Directorate of National Education organized a multiplier event on May 16, 2023, at The Wings Neva Hotel in Ankara to share the outcomes of our project.

The objectives of the event were as follows:

  • Dissemination of IO-1 and IO-2 to the target groups.
  • Evaluation and updating of the outputs through obtaining professional opinions.
  • Increasing awareness of the target groups in terms of adult education and lifelong learning.
  • Enhancing efforts to meet the educational and learning needs of adults during the Covid-19 pandemic.
  • Contributing to the development of learning through art and innovative teaching methods in adult education.
  • Expanding the scope of adult education in national and international initiatives.
  • Dissemination of project outputs through communication and collaboration among the target groups.

Results obtained during the meeting:

  • Increased knowledge and interest of the target groups in Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership projects.
  • Participants learned about and evaluated our two intellectual outputs.
  • Target groups acquired new methods and resources in adult education and lifelong learning.
  • Target groups gained a vision for the combination of digital tools, art, and pedagogical purposes.
  • Increased willingness of the target groups to engage in international initiatives.
  • More organizations decided to prepare Erasmus+ projects for disadvantaged learners.
  • Enhanced reputation and trust in the European Commission, the European Union Directorate, the Turkish National Agency, and Van Provincial Directorate of National Education.

Program Flow:

10:00 - 10:05: Tribute and National Anthem

10:05 - 10:15: Speech by the Representatives of Provincial Directorate of National Education

10:15 - 10:45: Presentation on Erasmus+ KA2 Projects

10:45 - 11:00: Coffee Break

11:00 - 11:30: Presentation on Erasmus+ KA2 ADU: "New E-Artistic English Teaching Methods for Adults" Project. The aim, objectives, partners, outcomes, and expected impact of the project were presented.

11:30 - 12:30: IO1 - Digital Storytelling Toolkit: Detailed description of the entire toolkit. The purpose, content, usage methods, development of innovative teaching methods, and the use of DST as a teaching method were conveyed to the participants.

12:30 - 13:30: Lunch Break

13:30 - 14:30: IO2 - STORYLAND E-Learning Platform: The theme, usage, sections, and step-by-step DST production on the platform were practically demonstrated to the target groups.

14:30 - 15:00: Completion of the Evaluation Survey: Survey results showed a satisfaction level of over 85%.
