Compilation of IO-2 and Evaluation of Final Processes (Turkey)

The last international meeting of our project was held in May 2023 at the RS Planning and Project Center in Ankara, Turkey.

In addition to Van Provincial Directorate of National Education, representatives of project partner institutions Van Edremit Public Education Directorate, RS Planning and Project Center, Zavod Boter Institute (Slovenia), UC Limburg University (Belgium) and Sportsko učilište PESG University (Croatia) attended the meeting.

The final meeting of the project, which was prepared for the general purpose of increasing the digital competencies of adults in order to increase their foreign language proficiency and equipping them with the qualifications required by the new world order, lasted for one day.

First of all, all partners examined the quality of the tasks agreed at the fourth meeting held in Zagreb in February. Subsequently, RS Planning and Project shared the current developments in our second intellectual output, IO2 – Storyland E Learning Platform, with partners, and strategic planning was made for the effective use of the platform in the future.

The Project Multiplier Event held at The Wings Hotel Neva Palas in Ankara the day before (May 16) was evaluated after the coffee break. In the event attended by 135 people, the results of our project and intellectual outputs were presented to the stakeholders. At the end of the event, the results of the questionnaire filled by 100 people were examined question by question and it was seen that the satisfaction rate was extremely high.

In the afternoon, the promotional video of the second idea, E-learning platform (StoryLand is an online e-learning platform based on learning English and a website that offers self-learning-sharing activities for adults) was watched and feedback was given about the video. Later, the project's social media shares, news about the project, other dissemination activities to be organized and decisions regarding sustainability were made.

We believe that this successful project, carried out in great harmony and synergy by 6 partners from 4 countries, sets a good example. The partner institutions shared their future project plans with each other and concluded the last meeting by taking the first steps for future collaborations
